Easy to put together
First of all compare all the sellers to save money. I spent $10 more than I had to.
This was delivered to my front door, which is good, since I live alone in a 3-story walk-up apartment and I don't drive. It requires two people to lift the box, but I dragged it into my living room and assembled it there. Then just pushed it across the carpet into my bedroom.
Assembly was easy. I did it by myself. Just read the directions carefully and go slow so you don't mess anything up. They actually messed up direction 7 which says to use item "N" to hold up the middle shelf. Item "N" is actually the nails to nail in the black cardboard on the back. They meant to put item "M" which is the metal pins.
I left off the drawer as you can see in the pic. I think it looks better without the drawer and you save about an hour of time not having to deal with all that construction. The rest is pretty easy. Just screw the metal poles into each other and the boards go between them. The bottom requires the most time as you need to use glue for the wood dowels (don't use the terrible glue that comes with it, I used a tiny bottle of Elmers glue instead) and also you screw in cambolts with a screwdriver. Only tools you'll need for assembly are a philips screwdriver and I also used a hammer to make sure some things were secure in the holes.
Overall I recommend this product.

Love this shelf!!
Took awhile to put together for a novice. The lower shelf (cabinet top) was tricky-might be easier with 2 people. Make sure that the cams are put in "open"in the side panels, put the swinging middle cubby door in place, then try to get the shelf on and locked without dislodging the swinging door. I wasn't so lucky, but I thought that the middle door looked weird anyway. I like the shelf better without it. Nice & sturdy so far. Looks just like the picture. Drawer & cubbys are smaller than expected, but will work fine. I use it in the kitchen as I needed the extra storage space. A 24pk of soda on its side fits great between the drawer & rails, and a 32 pk of water fits easily on the lower shelf with plenty of room for other stuff. Great buy! I am VERY happy with it.

Great Bedroom TV Stand
After much searching, I decided on this TV stand for my bedroom. I wanted one that was high so that I could see the TV easily while lying in my recliner [can't sleep in bed]. This one is 36" high so it does the job nicely and my 42" TV fits perfectly on top. I put it together myself, which took several hours due to the fact that I have arthritis and other issues and had to stop frequently to rest. It was not difficult, though, to put together and all the pieces were packaged and well marked. It is quite substantial once put together and rather heavy. There is plenty of room on the two shelves, in the three cubby holes on the bottom and in the drawer. For the money, this TV stand is well worth the price.

Great tv stand for my 50" tv
I love the closed storage in the bottom to keep dust away from my headphones and the little drawer is great too for keeping my remote control. Its very easy to put together and u can easily take another shelf off if u think its too high. Arrived a day before the estimated delivery date.

I'm really disappointed
I'm giving this product one star because when I got it and I was putting it together I was ok it looks nice. Until I went to put the drawer together I realize they send 2 of the same slide that connects the drawers so I call them. They told me ok we going to sent the the piece that was wrong. They told me is going to take 2 or 3 weeks for you to get it, I told it was fine. A week later they send me a email telling me that they don't have the piece I was missing for me to send the item back to Walmart so that I could get my money back. I told them that I already put the tv stand together and I just need it the price to finish them. All they said was take it apart and send back to Walmart. I would never buy anything from them anymore.
