LOOKS GREAT!

When I opened it up I thought wow what a job to put together, but every part screw washers everything was well marked and once I started went together very easily. I have a 46" Flat screen on it, looks modern and very sturdy. The Tv sets up about 39" from floor and easy to watch. Very pleased with the product.

Why didn't I get this tv stand sooner

My BIG Boy toys fit this stand with NO problem!!!!

I wanted something for my Sharp AQUOS 70" and my Pioneer Elite SC-77 A/V receiver. The top glass shelf is only 16" deep, with the middle shelf at 16 7/8" and the bottom shelf being 18 3/8". These numbers are not given in the description, so I hope this helps.

The big 70" AQUOS fits perfectly with no problems, and the Elite SC-77 fits the bottom shelf with plenty of room for ventilation.
$182.52 was the total with tax and free shipping to my door with no damage. What a deal!!

I don't know why the title states this as being a "THOMPSON" brand stand, it is not. IT IS A Z-LINE, SAME ONE THAT SELLS FOR AN AVERAGE PRICE OF $250-$300 ELSEWHERE.

HAPPY HAPPY

BEST PRICE ANYWHERE! Great Looking Gear!

I have been looking all over the internet for this item after seeing one assembled at BB. Walmart online has the BEST price hands down! Do the research yourselves. Plus this has a wide and high bottom shelf that I needed to get a huge Pioneer Elite A/V inside of. Smoked glass shelves and bent wood gives this TV Stand great looks and style. THANK YOU WALMART!

Great Product for Big TVs

I live in an apartment and don't want to break into the wall for a wall-mounted setup so I bought this product for my Sony 70" 3D LED. It is the perfect size for this stand. It was easy to set up this stand and feels and looks durable. I wish it had a better cable management system but works for me. I would caution to make sure you measure the depth of your TV w/ stand attached as I was lucky this product was 16" depth while my TV was 15". Wish I had some more depth so that I'm not always checking that the TV is not at the edge and possibly will tip over. The height of the stand is perfect viewing height. It has a modern appeal to fit any style living room and has plenty of space for all your systems on the shelves. I would recommend this product for someone in the same boat as me.

Great TV Stand

This is a great stand. Excellent directions with the BEST parts labeling I have encountered. Having assembled numerous pieces of furniture, stands, and related items; this was by far the best organized and clear. I have mounted a 60" TV using the back mounting; it is much more stable, especially on carpet.
Appearance is very nice, especially since you can route the cables in the back riser.
It eliminates my concern with grandchildren tipping the TV over.
Although the unit requires a considerable amount of time, it is to be expected with all of the components.

Sturdy TV Stand

This TV stand can be used 3 ways, with the included TV mount that can be attaches to the base, or mounted on the wall. We didn't use the TV mount, as our TV is already wall-mounted. The base unit is nice looking and quite sturdy. There was some assembly involved, however it was straightforward and there was ample spare hardware included. It took only 2 days to be delivered and Walmart's price was the best we found.

Harcourt TV TV stand up to 60"

A great buy, but my Sony entertainment does not fit properly inside the close section of the stand. I would not have bought if I could have seen it in the store. I would have bought a bigger stand or a different model. Not enough glue came with it to assemble the TV stand. I am glad I had some around the house or I would had to stop and go to the Hardware Store.

by Lampost51

Perfect TV Stand

I love this stand. It took some time to put together, but it looks amazing in my living room. It has more than enough storage to hide all my junk and electronics. Also, it accommodates my 60inch TV.

by MOEBills

great addition to living room

it was not difficult to set up and it looked great when completed. Extra care should be taken when moving because it scratches easily. other than that, great buy

by firehawk7

Sucks to put it tigether

I did all the prep work and as I started to put the pieces together, the cam screws won't align with the cam locks. After all that work I will have to return it. I think it would have looked nice if I could have gotten I together.

by Mandy

love it.

This TV stand is so beautiful for this great price. It was a great deal. Yes it does take about 3-1/2 hours to build if it's one person.

Excellent Product!

Other reviews suggested a 2 hour assembly time. We are in our 80's, made a couple mistakes and had to back up, and found it actually took nearly 4 hours. But we're old! Be sure to pay attention to the "front and back" stickers a nd the "top and bottom" stickers. The quality of the material is very high, all the hardware was included and clearly marked, and it is a very attractive piece. We are very pleased and happy to recommend this TV stand.

Customer Reviews

It has promise, 4 stars is a bit generous

The setup takes time, so be ready (1.5 to 3 hours range)
It is particle board, and not a single piece is solid wood.
It requires glue. I got a better glue for wood at home depot then the kit provides.
It is very heavy.
It is kind of flimsy until you install the backing piece, and then it feels pretty rigid.
It looks pretty nice, but be aware that there are nicks and scratches here and there (very small, but noticeable). This might be due to shipping, or something from the factory, but what is one to expect from a 200$ piece of furniture.
Overall, the color is nice, the build is good, the quality is average, but the design is simple and I think fits in to most environments.

I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend too much $$ on this type of furniture, but needs something that looks nice and serves the purpose. Realistically it is 3.5 stars, but it has promise so I give it 4

The WORST EXPERIENCE GETTING THIS ITEM

I had to order this item 3x because FedEx claimed to have damaged it twice during delivery. The third time ordered, I had it delivered to a local Walmart store. It too was delivered by FedEx to store. Package was damaged and partly open; it was bulky, heavy and didn't fit into my vehicle; hence, I had to pay someone $50 to help deliver it to my home miles away from store. During assembly, it had some other damage (although minor at this point). THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! I WOULD NOT recommend this item to anyone if Walmart contracts FedEx as carrier!!!

by msss

looks good

Color is a little darker than picture, but it looks really good. I think it took 3 hrs and with my wife helping. I'm sure someone that has more skill than I can chop off a hour or so on this. No major problems assembling but shelves are tricky to align so be careful.
shipping was free and by Fedex , Well worth the money.

Tenley TV Stand for tv's up to 70"

Very pleased with the stand . It looks more expensive than it is.
Did a good job of hiding all the wires and has additional storage in the drawers. Would recommend.
