cozy warm fire to cuddle by
it took three hours to put this together. the instruction book was not well written or give the best pictures. we also had more pkgs of hardware than what was listed in the parts list. but the overall look was nice. you do have a little container of paint for touch ups. this is nice. one piece came with a spot not painted, but it looks great now that i put on that dab of paint on the front. the heater is instant heat. my neighbors came over to see my new fireplace and they love the looks of it. i would have given this five stars if he instructions were better.

Putting together.
When putting panel L to K. You should let us know that 3 screws holes are up & 2 screw are down. So when we put the heater in it match's up. I didn't catch it till I got to where we put the heater in I had to take apart and flip it over.
But other wise we really like the fire place.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!
My mother bought this for me as a Christmas present. I did not have the heart to tell her she wasted her money. Where do I begin...it was missing a crucial piece that was needed in the first step, another piece was missing, the pieces did not fit together well AT ALL, I felt like I was playing JENGA and hoped it would not all collapse. Another crucial piece did not fit into the hole..too big and that was essential to fit the fireplace component into. I called customer service and only get a voicemail that states leave number and model number and we will get back within 24 to 48 hours. I was thoroughly disgusted and frustrated. Please spend the extra moolah and get a better constructed item that looks way better as well.

No remote and Horrible Instruction Manual.
There are no remote control for the fireplace.
The Instruction Manual has small prints and difficult to read. I used to be a handyman in college. I assemble all of my home furnitures. I had to disassemble after 40 minutes of working this product because it was tough to tell the front and back base.
The L-brackets were not long enough to keep the bottom part of the fireplace from moving. I had to buy longer L-brackets from home depot to firmly secure the base from moving when you use the on and off switch.
Other than those issues, the fireplace works.

old folks need help lol
this box was heavy and took my husband long time to get into it..we are 85 yrs old and granddaughter had to put it together...it looks so good with tv on top and fireplace is very warm and useful
