Harpan TV Stand

I bought this TV stand expecting to get a thousand piece puzzle. Instead, it had about a dozen easy to assemble part. The wood panels are not solid wood. I didn't expect that for the money I paid. It went together easily. Overall it exceeded by expectations for the money I spent. It arrived with a small dent on the face. With the dark color, you have a hard time noticing it.

I ordered this TV stand and they shipped it UPS. I check the tracking number everyday and noticed that it said customer refused. I called Ashley and told them that UPS lied. They said no problem and sent me another one. UPS probably didn't want to unload such a heavy box. Ashley customer service....GREAT. UPS...thumbs down.

Very nice

Very nice piece. Heavy. Really easy to put together. The only problem we had is the box was delivered destroyed. One shelf had a chip in it but is not visible so we did not return it

good looking unit, BUT

really like the look and color matches other furniture very nicely.
unit was damaged when arrived.
after finding out the return process,my husband decided to just make needed repairs.
will not accept damaged boxes from shipper again because of this, but would buy this unit again if needed.

Not so great by mail :(

The wood was chipped in the package! The styrofoam was destroyed therefore it was everywhere in the house! Assembly is cheap and had to be manipulated to fit.
