Great swivel TV stand.
This tv stand is perfect. Assembles in minutes with no tools. The swivel feature allows you to turn the cable box and/or whatever component is on the shelf, at the same angle as the tv. This way, you have no problems with the remote control signal. I have a 40" tv on it. The swivel feature works great. The black shelves have a wood grain finish. Really looks nice.

just ok
This looks ok on top of my 20 in. high tv stand. I needed to put this so my kinect would be able to sense our activities at a right height. But when I assembled it, the top screws that you have to put in between the poles and the board were chipped. The materials are so cheaply made they are just like paper that it is easily broken. I just placed tape on them so it would not be so obvious that they are chipped.
I wonder where we can buy those screws. Btw, I have attached a photo of the chipped cheap screws.

Great Looks, Functionality & Quality = Great Value
The title says it all, if you are looking for a functional piece that looks great at a great price you have found it in this XL Double Swivel Board. Extremely simple to put together, less than 5 minutes and NO tools required. Very substantial in look and feel. In my opinion one could put a considerably larger television set on this stand. Would not put a tubed television over 19 inches maybe 24 but certainly no larger. With a flat screen one could easily put a 40 to 45 inch set on it. The storage shelf below is perfect for a satellite receiver and a DVD or Blu-ray player depending the size of each. An additional feature that I find quite nice, not that I purchased the stand for this, is the swivel which makes turning the set one direction or the other very simple. Overall if you are in search of a stand to put atop a table or dresser to get more height to better view your television you need look no further. This is a most definite recommend.

Great, Sturdy Shelves, Easy and Quick Assembly
I received my shelf unit today. Assembly was extremely quick and easy with no tools required. It looks great and is quite sturdy. Love the swivel aspect so you can swivel your TV around to attach cords, etc. I'm using it for a 42 inch flat screen LED Smart TV. My TV weighs a lot less than the maximum for the unit (I think the max is 60 lbs and my TV is like 25 lbs) but it is 42 inches when the shelving unit says the max TV size is 32 inches. Not sure why the max TV size is 32 as it works great for a 42 and think it would be fine for any TV that weighs less than 60 lbs. I really love the look and quality of construction. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone! It's a little pricier than I think it should be but that's okay because it looks great and was so quick and easy to assemble.

Very good value for the money
I have a 32" flat panel tv sitting on top of this unit. This unit is very simple to assemble and it is sturdy. The paperwork that comes with the unit indicates it is designed for tv's up to 27" (not 32" as advertised by Walmart) and a maximum weight of 60 lbs. However, I think a tv up to 36" will fit on it without any problems. The space between the shelves is ideal for stacking 2 components such as a cable set top box and a dvd/blu-ray player. I measured the clearance between the two shelves and it is just under 7 1/4". I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an alternative to mounting a tv on the wall.
