Very Nice But Heavy & Bulky
Very Nice Product, Very Heavy, May Need Help Holding, But Very Nice Feature Being ABle To Set To View According to Where Im Sitting,
Able To Adjust All Angles Up Down Left Right And IN Against Wall Or like 10" Out Away From Wall.
Suprises Company When Im Using Remote And TV's Moving, They Are All Suprised,
Motor Is Very Slow.. Other Than That Excellent Product & Very Worth It Compared To Expensive Ones Out There. If Your Reading This, Go Ahead Already Adnd Buy It, I Too Was Doubtful, But Now Im Glad I Bought It.. No Assembly Required, Just Hold And Drill...(DOnt Use COncrete Insert Like I Did In Dry Wall, LOL Just Made A Big Whole I Dint Need.( COmes WIth Stud Finder And Screws.

great buy
i wasnt too sure on the motorized mount..but it was VERY easy to install and works great...i love it and would highly recomend. i havent seen or installed any of the other motorized mounts but this one does what it needs to do and that makes me happy and for under $200 you cant go wrong..

Working Well
The motorized mount does its job well. Can be quieter but noise level is bearable. Installation is pretty easy. My TV won't fit the existing mount configuration. To my surprise, the customer supports on the phone is 7/24 with a real person answering the call. They sent the adapter to me free. I like the service that I got from this company and will buy from them again. I like the remote control which works no matter where I pointed it to. The mount when fully contracted is approx. 6 inches wide. So if you need something slim, this may not be what you want. It tilts (up and down 15 degrees each way, panes (left and right 30 degree each way), extends about 6 inches (altogether about 12 inches from the wall).

Great product
The mount is easy to install, works as stated, but the only negative that I have is that it is 3-5 inches away from the wall when it is retracted all the way, also will not tilt or pan from retracted position must b extended to use any feature. Works great, would definitely recommend again, wish it would be a little heavier duty, have a 42" LCD, and that is the maximum recommended size, would like to be able to change to a larger screen without replacing mount.

Good mount for good price
I was searching for a mount for awhile. Not wanting to pay $300 for a stationary mount, I found this one and thought--why not. After I opened the box, I noticed the tv brackets supplied would not fit my 42" plasma. I was ready to take it back, but I called the toll free help # from the company instead. They said they make an adapter for this problem, and sent it to me--no charge. Anyone with some skill can mount this unit. It comes with a stud finder, and mounts to one wall stud. The remote is pretty basic, but does the job. I've had this mount for two weeks, and so far so good. Hope this helps.
