what happen to the sauder?
what a pile.....screws didn't fit correctly. they use wood screws where they should have used machine screws. a female could not torque this screw into the holes. so don't ever think your gonna tear this thing back apart once you do get it together. UGH!! i purchase 2 other stands from amazon brandname was Altra Galaxy TV stand. much better stand than this junk for the same price or LOWER. oh by the way.....they have a huge 8 pound TV mount that you have to either: mount to your tv on the floor then lift (tv&mount) on to the back of their stand or 2) mount the tv mount to the stand and lift your TV and have someone screw the TV to it. yea good luck with that. other stand simply hang like a picture using hooks. In our case my daughter in laws TV is an older flat screen so the mount didn't line up with any of the holes on her tv so we hung it using 120LBS. cable on this stand. UGH!! buy something else trust me you will thank me later.

It was difficult to put together.
After assembly, I am satisfied with the product.
But, putting it together was difficult. The pre-drilled holes in the metal legs were too small for the hardware provided. We had to re-drill on the holes. There was insufficient labeling of the "H" piece and we assembled with it backwards and had to take the stand apart to reverse the piece and reassemble. The product did not include the hardware to attach the tv to the stand and we had to make 2 trips to Lowe's to handle that.
But, we now have our stand and tv working and life is good.

Nice TV stand for the price
I bought this for my son's room. I wanted something small, with a large enough footprint so that it couldn't be knocked over, and inexpensive. The top and bottom shelves are particle board but feel durable, and the middle shelf is tempered glass. The rest of the stand is metal. The TV mount is part of the frame, which also include the legs. Putting the stand together is easy if you are good at following diagrams, otherwise, I can see how someone would have trouble. Some tips on assembly, don't tighten the the screws for the step you are working on until everything is affixed and you are ready to move on to the next step. You may need to loosen some later to get everything to line up correctly.

Great look. .. horrible setup!
This thing was so hard to set up! The screws were all mixed up and the directions were so ConFuSing! I would not recommend this product to a friend because set up is a beast!

Great tv stand for the price
We neede a stand that was not large or bulky for our new sun room. We found many were so big and made for very large tvs. This one is small but holds a 39 inch tv very well. The value was excellent. I highly recommend this item. It may appear to be light but it does the job we needed.
