Cheap!! Too many parts & Instructions
This fireplace was priced according to what it is ... CHEAP.
It took almost 2 days to get this put together. The glass door is not a door at all .... it has detent buttons at the top to hold it in place. When you pull the handle to open, it comes off in your hand!!! It would have been easy enough to have hinges?
The back support is just a single board.... not a corner cabinet at all. From the side you can see that the cabinet does not exist in the corner area, its like a shelf supported with a single board!!
The color is darker than it appeared in the ad.
The fireplace itself is very realistic and the blowers put out warm air.

Excellent buy
Bought this because of the review of darker color and price 159. Took my bro in law about one hour to put together without using any glue. Works perfectly and add a cozy to my room. Choose not to use the glass panel in the front due to it came off like other reviewers, so I put it at the back of my tv to cover all the cables. Really good quality for the price. I don't mind the heat setting as on and off. I plug it in the outlet with the wall control so it works well. Shipping is excellent, came 4 days earlier than scheduled.

Look no further
We have an electric fireplace we love very much and it hold our 50 inch tv in our bedroom, so we have been looking for one for our living room to hold our 60 inch tv. We wanted it to fit in a corner and be able to hold our cable box and blue ray disk player. I came across this one on wallmart.com and it was on special so I bought it. When it arrived I was surprised the box was not larger but yes you quessed a lot of parts. However after about three hours my husband had it all together. The only think that I dislike about this unit is the glass door. It has no hinges which it should have for safety reasons and to keep the glass from breaking. We know our children well enough that if they go to open the glass door it will fall and probably shatter so we opted to take it off, no big deal it still looks great. We do really like this unit and the heat will burn you out. I wish it had a remote like our other one and temp control would have been nice but overall happy with this purchase.

Better in person
It is a richer and darker color then in the picture which I was really happy about. It was also a lot more substantial in size then I had imagined. It did take me about 4 hours to put together alone but the directions were clear, and all the pieces were there along with extras just in case. All holes lined up right. After it is put together it is a VERY solid piece of furniture. Everything was packaged excellent. Before turning on the flames I wasn't sure it would look good, but really does look nice. I turned on the heater just to see if it worked (since it is still summer) and it threw out heat within about 3 seconds. there is no remote, but we have a two story house so it will be on all day in the winters i'm sure. I do wish there was at least a high/low setting instead of just on off but oh well can't beat the price! OH btw whoever designed the glass door is an idiot. you have to completely take it off to put in a movie/game lol. We just left it off and it still looks great!

Received email saying that product had shipped. It arrived 5 days later. I didn't realize how many pieces that as in the box (when it says "assembly required", they are not kidding). As I laid out all of the pieces, I noticed that the quality of the wood pieces was not very good. The directions booklet was very easy to read. As I was about 1/3 of the way thru the assembly process, I came across a problem. There were holes that were drilled wrong. There were pieces that had holes drilled 2" from the edge, to receive pieces that had cam bolts that were drilled 1 1/2" from the edge. They would not fit together. I tried to contact the manufacturer's website regarding this problem (never heard back). So I dismantled what I had put together, reboxed everything and took it back to Walmart for a refund.
