Worth the price!
I have to admit that I was skeptical about this stand. From the website pics, it didn't look sturdy. It surprisingly is pretty sturdy for my size 32" TV, and won't topple to the sides or forwards. It seems that a larger TV MAY make it somewhat backloaded and cause it to fall backwards, although that's just a guess. I have mine against the wall and a dresser (see pic), so if my kids do knock into it, it can only lean back a few inches and not topple over, but I doubt even that would happen.
I gave it 4 out of 5 because the glass shelf doesn't stay completely level. The screw that supports it doesn't stay tightened, and the shelf seems like it sags a bit (not sure if it is noticeable in the pic). If it gets worse, I'll just remove it and put my satellite box on the lower shelf.
Either way, I recommend this for the budget-minded shopper!

Great product!
It's such a great price I was expecting something very flimsy but was on a budget so got this, i was pleasantly surprised! Very sturdy have it in my living room leaned on the wall. It was a little time consuming to set up alone but I'm a girl and kept trying to skim through the instructions rather than read fully, don't do this! Cables hide very well too

Upgrade for my son
I bought this tv stand for my son. I wanted to upgrade his tv and I didn't want to mount it on the wall so I decided to get a mountable stand. I love it. It looks great in his room.

space saver
I was glad I purchase this TV mount stand. Easy to put together, only thing make sure the 4 screws/flat washer fits to mount the TV. On the back of the TV, some TV has screw holes that are smaller than the screws that comes with the package. My 43" Sanyo TV the holes were to small, had to buy screws metric M4-.70 x 30 with matching flat washer to fit. The instructions warm you of this and tells you what you have to do. So don't be alarm, don't panic. Got the screws/flat washers and walla! My TV looks so nice. I like it better on the stand then on the wall. If I have to change my living room around I don't have to worry about moving the TV off the wall to another wall, just move the stand. I also like it because it is a space saver and the two shelves are great! Doesn't take up to much room. It looks beautiful and elegant. I would recommend this also if you are looking for a space saver. When you purchase enjoy, I am :0).
