Great Price, BUT !!!!!
This item was a great value, easy to assemble, BUT !!! it does not hold up to a 47 inch, tv like it states, I have a 46 inch tv and both sides of tv hang out apprx. 2 inches each, I THINK IT WOULD FIT A 42 INCH PERFECTLY

Great size for my corner
I had a friend put this together since I have trouble with carpal tunnel. It assembled very quickly. It would have been nice to have the double lettered parts appear a little larger in the directions, it took us a while to find out what the four extra parts were.. they were covers for the first connections we made on the unit but they were overlooked as the picture of the part and letters, in the instructions, were not easily found or seen. Otherwise we had no problems and the color was like the picture on the Wal Mart site so it matches my furniture. The only 'complaint' I might have is that it is not quite tall enough to put my TV screen at eye level, but I had a storage cabinet for videos and DVDs that put it up higher.... so I solved that myself. Since I ordered both at the same time I didn't have a clear concept of how high the stand needed to be. I wish it were in real wood, but none of the ones I can afford are... I feel this is a quality product for fabricated wood and will serve me well for many years.

Sometimes less is more
The cabinet went together quickly and easily with a minimum of tools required and easy-to-follow directions. The height and color are ideal for our space and the 'footprint' is everything we hoped for. Sometimes all you need is something simple and this cabinet is just fine, with just the right amount of storage space for the basics. Recommended for a small room.

Nice piece of furniture
The instructions at times was difficult to follow. Individual pieces were not labeled well. When finished with the assembly I was very pleased with the final product. There is a gap in the cabinet doors when they are open that I feel could be a safety concern if you have small children (not an issue in my home). Overall happy and does fit well in the corner of the room and pleased with the sturdy construction.

Worked for my older box TV
I wanted a new TV stand for my bedroom -- my moderately sized box TV is still in good working condition but it's difficult to find a stand to accommodate the base. This stand works well! It's nothing fancy but looks nice....the cardboard backing could be a little more substantial, but it's not terrible. I'm able to store my cable box and DVD player on the shelves and a basket of dvds underneath. The side compartments hold a good amount of DVDs. I put it together by myself and it only took a couple hours. You'll need a hammer to nail the backing on and a screwdriver -- a second smaller screwdriver was helpful at times. Product seems sturdy enough -- was able to sit on without any movement. Super fast shipping -- thanks!
