It was worse that I figured it would be.

After I put it together, I took it down and returned it. It says it only holds 50lbs but I don't think I would put 30 lbs on it. The press board was as thin as I have ever seen and just would not trust it to hold anything.

Sturdier than it looks & easy to assemble.

This is a surprisingly well made piece of furniture. It holds my 55" TV w/o any issue and has room for my DVR & game consoles. I added adhesive wire ties to the back supports and it keeps them out of site and organized. I'm recently divorced and my EX took all the furniture. This is a great buy for anyone starting over. It looks good, is easy to assemble, & inexpensive.

Very low rise

I would not recommend unless you want to mount this on the wall it is very low to the ground and the shelves are not tall enough for books
