Love it
This item is made well.....took hours to put together but overall I'm happy with it. The instructions were excellent and everything was labeled correctly. I didn't put the doors on because I like it without the doors. Very pretty flames ; goes great in my living room.

Love it!
I absolutely love it! It came in a massive box that the delivery guy needed help unloading, and there are many pieces to it. It took me and a friend roughly two to three hours to put it together. It was well worth it in my opinion. I have a 60 inch tv and it fits perfectly!

Customer Service is Nonexistent - Mixed Feelings
I put this together while watching TV so it took a little longer to put together than it would have originally. Some pieces weren't up to par (gashes, broken). When you get to putting the doors on; you will need an extra hand or two. My doors still aren't on because of this (no holes started for screws to go into so kind of hard to get them started while trying to hold door in place as well as the screw to screw in; and oh, can't forget the screwdriver). I called the toll free number on the booklet that came with it - first call only gave the option to leave a message and they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours. It's been a week and no call back as of yet. I tried a few more times dialing the same number; only thing I get now is a recording in Spanish (I don't know much Spanish so doesn't do me any good). Several pieces need to be replaced, and possibly the fireplace insert as well... and, need a remote (can't do much without it). My Dish box won't fit where it should because it is too deep. It would fit in the curved part if the divider wasn't there; on the side though it is a no go. I was really wanting this to work because of the logs (they don't look like they've been broken/burned in half). With 322 pieces (184 of those being screws) and item fully assembled; how to return it? I don't have a truck nor anyone to help me load it if I did. If I could get the replacement pieces in great condition so it would look completely correct one be one thing; not being able to get in touch with anyone though; I think they owe me money. As much as I spent on it; every single piece should look new. I have no clue what is wrong with companies these days but they think you should be completely satisfied paying full price for messed up stuff. Decor Flame - not sure I'd recommend their items or not; I know I'm not very happy with their customer service nor completely satisfied with my fireplace media unit.
Was going to contact CS at walmart.com - going through the process; when it gets to choose the order you wish to discuss - the whole order that this item is on doesn't even appear in the list. Hummmmmmm; wonder what that means. Guess I'll have to call them; hate doing that because things aren't in black and white when that is done. Right now I would NOT recommend this item to anyone. Guess we will see how things go tomorrow when I try calling Decor Flame again as well as Walmart Customer Service.

It works fine the only problem is the remote is programed the same as my TV
