Pleased Overall

This was very easy and quick to assemble for this mechanically impaired girl. It looks very nice, and fits very well in the corner of our living room.

As mentioned in other reviews the wings of the stand are simply empty, non-enclosed--wasted space that could have been better designed. The back of the unit has one vertical slat through which you can snake all your cords through. If you're like us, we have a receiver, DVD player, VCR, and our Direct TV box, and we couldn't see how all those cords were going to go through and still have room for the units themselves, so my husband just removed the back of it entirely, and it still looks fine. That also is a design flaw that could be improved. No problems with our remotes working through the glass.

Actual shelf dimensions so you know exactly how much room it has for a unit are 18.5 inches across and 17 inches deep with 21 inches of height to work with. Like I said, the only usable storage space is what you can see in the picture, unfortunately. Over all tho, we are very pleased with this unit.

Great for the price

This TV stand was so easy and simple to put together. It unfolded with ease and the one piece top only had four screws to mount it with which made it a snap. It took me less than 10 minutes to put it together. Really makes the den it went into pop with the new 47" LED that sits on it. Love the finish on the oak wood. I would have never thought one could purchase something of this quality online sight unseen and get a piece of furniture this good.
