Nice stand for the money
Am pleased with the TV stand. Very nice looking and reasonably sturdy. Two things to keep in mind if you're looking at this stand. First, while it isn't difficult to assemble, it's not a quick job. The instructions are pictures only, no text. Generally not a problem, but was a little frustrating in that you can't tell on some of the pieces which way the unfinished sides go. Since the unit uses glued dowels to hold it together, I suggest you rough-assemble first to make sure the unfinished edges are facing the right direction -- then glue it.
Second, although the unit is on casters, it does not roll well on carpets. And, it is very clearly marked that it should not be moved with the equipment on it, which defeats the purpose of buying a CART -- and which is not mentioned in the product description. If your plan is to move this around much, then look for a different product. About the only moving this will do is to pull it out from the wall to play around with equipment connections.

Looks Great, but takes work to assemble.
This is a great looking product, especially for the price. This isn't, however, a project for someone who isn't used to assembling furniture. The directions contain NO WORDS - just diagrams. You only need a regular sized phillips & flat-head screwdriver, and need to have a basic understanding of how cam locks work. The directions don't differentiate between finished & unfinished edges and it can be assembled so that no unfinished edges show. I figured that out a bit too late because I assumed the unfinished edges should face the rear of the unit. Also ran out of glue for the dowel holes. And, it took a bit of calculation to get the glass door placements correct. I had it delivered directly to my home and the packaging was EXCELLENT. No chips, dings or marrings due to shipping, which was a pleasant surprise and huge relief!

Very Good Value
This is a very well made and sturdy TV stand. No worries about it tipping over. Assembly can be a little tricky. Just remember, the assembly is upside-down. That is to say, you first put the upper cabinet together. As long as you have the curved piece "A" facing you, with the "holes" facing up, the rest is fairly easy to follow.
TIPS:
Panels C & D; J & I -put the "finished" edges facing the back. Although the unfinished edge will be facing the front, they will not show.
The project took me about 2 hrs...an electric screwdriver would have made it even faster.

Very Nice
Good product. it defintely is a cherry color of wood. Shades of cherry vary and I had hoped it would be more on the dark walnut side. It was hard to tell online. However, it blends with the other furniture nicely. Took awhile to put together, but it looks really nice. It feels and looks more expensive than it is.

Nice Piece of Furniture
The color is a little darker than what is shown on website, which is what I was hoping for. It took me about 2 hours to put together (taking breaks and watching tv). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars in every category is that a couple of pieces the cherry color is nudged away from the particle board despite the excellent packaging. I had already started putting it together by the time I noticed it, and didn't want to deal with the hassle of replacement parts. It arrived very quickly -- 5 days for home delivery.
