damaged corner
The furniture itself is fine. The remote doesn't always function, but it isn't a huge problem since the function is limited. The built-in speaker meant I didn't have to rehang my surround speakers around the room. The only real problem was the front corner which was damaged in shipping.

TV Stand
Once we opened package and looked at pieces, had to do a lot of touch up scratches, especially on corners of sound bar section. We called company, but said had to handle through Walmart. We decided to keep and touch up ourselves. We could not in any way lift to take back to store. Over 100 lbs. finally got it together and it is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Great piece of furniture
Perfect size and quality. I love the build in speaker with bluetooth capability. Lots of room to store gaming consoles and dvds.

Wonderful
The sound bar for Bluetooth is amazing. The stand itself is wonderful quality and looks really great. I can't figure out the sound bar to connect to the TV sound though and customer service is horrible. That's why I'm giving 4 stars. I knew more about it than he did. They told me they'd call back in 3 days with technical support. The guy was very foreign and hard to understand and it was very frustrating talking to him. He told me numerous things differing from the directions and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else .
But I love the stand and I'm hoping to eventually figure out the sound. It is a great piece of furniture if you don't need any tech support.
Walmart put it together for me as well which is awesome.
