I love this stand!!
This TV stand fits perfectly in my 1 bedroom apartments living room. It's a really nice size (made for a 42'' but can take a little bigger TV) but doesn't stick out too far. Assembly was super easy and fast, didn't even take me an hour doing it by myself. I really love light wood furniture so this went perfectly with the rest of my living room. Only purchased it a few weeks ago and already I've gotten tons of compliments on it! I was originally drawn to it because I was looking for something that I could display some fun decor or knick-knacks on. This fits the bill perfectly! The center shelves hold my PS3 and my husband's Xbox 360 beautifully with plenty of space down below for DVDs. And the side shelves are just the icing on the cake! It's very sturdy and can easily be moved to rearrange your room however you like without strainging or wearring yourself out. This is a beautiful stand and if it's caught your eye, trust me, you will be just as impressed with it as I have been.

Seems to be good
Seems to be sturdy and has enough room for the equipment associated with my parent's TVs. They have a new 43" flat screen TV and a very small flat screen that was a freebie from some promotion. The larger TV is on top of the stand. Not sure of the size of the smaller TV - maybe 19" - but by using only one shelf in the center section of the stand, the smaller TV fit into the stand under the larger TV. This gives them the option of watching a picture on the small TV (such as the local weather radar) while watching a program on the larger TV. There is still room in the stand for the satellite receiver, DVD player, and other pieces of equipment.
The stand in the picture looks lighter than the stand my parents received. In our case, that's actually a good thing. I had been concerned that the color wouldn't match up well with the nearby piano. However, because it is a little darker than expected, it actually goes very well with the piano.

Very Satisfied
I typically do not care for oak furniture, however I really like this tv stand. My 42" flat panel tv fits perfect, any bigger and I do not think it would look right. I like the simple, sleek design and enough space for my electronics and games.

Sturdy TV Stand for a Nice Price
It sits nicely (crossways) in the corner of the room, with plenty of room behind the unit for cables to rest unseen on the carpet. We had to make some custom modifications to the holes in the back (for cables) as our receiver is quite tall and the cables didn't align with the factory holes, but it worked out beautifully. Our 37" TV, Blue-Ray Player, DirecTV box, Home Theater receiver and all speakers (except for the subwoofer) fit beautifully on this stand. The subwoofer sits next to it. There was also space to set a small mantle clock on the top, and two empty cubicles for small tea light candle holders (in which I use only battery-operated tea lights to avoid fire to the unit) for a little decorative touch! We have always been happy with Sauder products.

My main concern was the color--and it was perfect, just like in the picture! It matched exactly with the other furniture in the room. It was easy to put together with very well written instructions. Unlike other do-it-yourself projects we've had, all the parts were undamaged and the hardware fit. The price was excellent and it makes the TV area look great.
