Customer service top notch
When our TV stand was delivered the box had numerous areas of damage to the outer box. I was concerned how the contents survived. In opening the box, the packaging material was also damaged. Several pieces of the TV stand had some damage. One piece had a mark that probably did not come from shipping. On a Sunday afternoon I called the customer service number at Ready Set Mount and all I needed to do was email the part numbers that needed to be replaced. They arrived a couple of days later and my husband finished putting it together. The stand is very nice. I did have problems with finding out if this would work with a smaller TV. Everything said up to 50 inch TV, but I wanted to be sure the mount would not show. It does show a little. I think our TV is 32 inches. A larger TV would look more proportionate though. We also have a receiver which is 5 1/2 inches tall. It just fits on the bottom shelf. Nice TV stand for the price and very happy with the customer service.

Do not waste your time
This unit is listed "Top Rated" on Sam's site. Trust me it is not.
After unpacking and building about half the stand we got to the two metal frame brackets.
It looks to be hand wielded with terrible beads/quality.
We went ahead building and found that one of the metal frame brackets would not align with the wood frame screw holes. The wielding and possible lack of using a jig to make metal brackets was obvious.
When I attempted to push apply pressure to align the bracket to screw in and attach the wood frame the bracket wield broke. Game over.
We then went through the great fun of re-boxing the product, not easy.
Then contact Sam's to return the unit. Sam's sent a RMA with us paying the shipping to return this piece of junk.
After another call #more phone time# they agreed to pay the return shipping.
Take my advise, do not waste your time. Find a quality unit and be happy. We ended up spending about an extra $100 for a beautiful and well built unit.

nice looking, not sure about stability
I like the look of this stand with the real wood and dark smoked tempered glass. It stands a little lower than I expected. I also liked the different options on tv mount and went with the tv on the stand. this is at a good height for viewing and seems sturdy enough, but I can't swivel the tv for different viewing locations. still that works ok with the grandkids and multiple cats running through my house, I don't have to worry about the tv falling down. as an older woman I did have to get help with finishing the assembly of this stand, many parts required hard to get to and torque required bolt tightening, and the shelves are very very heavy, but it went ok. Instructions were poor though. and the supports and shelves do want to pull apart a bit if I try to move it. but left in place and assembled correctly, it is sturdy, holds weight, looks good and even hides all the wiring jumble.

I am so disappointed in the delivery of my product
I am so disappointed in the delivery of my product that I haven't even't gotten to the point of trying to enjoy it especially since I have to find someone to put it together. Fedex delivered my package to the office of my complex after I called and rescheduled delivery for the next day. I had scheduled to be off the next day from work so that they could deliver directly to my apartment. Its over 70 lbs, so I had to pay someone to walk it to my apartment. I contacted Sams club and Fedex and I haven't heard anything from either until now and its about a survey. Thinking twice about ordering the 55' Samsung.

Great looking stand
Package was damaged upon arrival BUT... Product was not damaged. It was easy to assemble and impressed with quality of materials. Very good looking stand!
