Assembly
I will try to express what information I was looking for before my purchase. It is the perfect height for a 40" tv. The mahogany finish gives a rich appearance. The instructions say that assembly will take 10 minutes. Give yourself at least 30 to 45 minutes and do it right. Take your time to align the legs in the center of each shelf/hole before attaching the next leg, and tighten until they will no longer turn. The rear wood panels with the holes can be tricky...tighten to almost full, but save the last turn until each slot is facing each other...then slide the wooden panel down into it. Most important... you must hold each lower leg with the slots tight when you are attaching the upper leg...if you do not do this, the lower leg attached to the panel will turn and the panel will come out. The key is to turn everything, the feet, the legs, as far as they will go, and you will have a sturdy tv stand...enjoy!

holds my 42" just fine easy to put together had it done in 5 minutes

CHEAP
Cheaply made! it does serve the purpose in which I needed it for, which is in a kids play room. However, not sturdy and the poles are made of cheap plastic! if I had known this I would of paid $5 more and bought the other one similar which has metal poles and is very sturdy. The package was damaged when it arrived leaving a part of the top table damaged. luckily I can cover it up with the kids games.

Perfect table!
I got this stand since I have a 40" flat screen TV that I needed to put up. We used to have it on a table in the livingroom, but it was taking up WAY too much space, so I needed a stand that would fit neatly against the wall and hold my TV, as well as several game systems. This worked PERFECT!! I was able to set it up in about 10 minutes, by myself, and it very sturdily holds my TV, headphones, my Xbox One games, a 3 different systems with ease and room to spare. This gave my living room a heck of a lot more space! The height is perfect for me to sit at my couch or chair to play my games. 100% satisfied!
