Great quality and easy to assemble
I have a 65" tv and this stand fits it perfectly. I put it together in about an hour, the stand does weigh 107 lbs. I was able to assemble everything( including mounting the tv with the enclosed mounting bracket) by myself in a couple hours. Great quality wood, not flake board. Love it for 200$ this is a deal.

My review
Awesome and inexpensive TV stand and entertainment system. Easy to assemble and with different configurations. It fits most households. I have a 50" TV and it fits perfectly. Moving up to a 60-65" TV.

Well worth the money
This is a great TV stand, it accommodates my 65 inch TV with no problem. I search other sites which had similar stands at twice the price before deciding on this one. It is very well made the wood is real wood and not pressed board. The glass center shelf opens up the piece. With the three shelves it can hold all of your ancillary pieces, game system speakers DVD VCR surround sound etc. The metal crossed sides blend very will with other pieces in the room. But it would go well with any furnishings adding just a bit of edge. It is very sturdy which you need for larger TVs. It is easy to put together we used just a screw driver. Instructions are very clear with step by step illustrations. We were going to have it shipped to store but found that we could get it faster by having it shipped to home and shipping was free. It arrived on the date given there were dents dings or broken pieces FedEx did a nice job. All in all this was a great purchase I would recommend it to anyone .

Poor Product with Poor Customer Service
I received this item on a Friday, and start to put it together the same night. First impression out of the box? Great looking TV stand.
Then the problems started. First was a major manufacturing defect. The top shelf has two metal holes on each side to connect the shelf to the side pieces. But unfortunately, the holes were not manufactured big enough to fit the screws. Not only did that end my project for the evening, but customer service was closed all weekend. So my project had to remain half finished for a couple days. Small gripe, but a gripe.
When I contacted customer service is where the real gripe begins. The back of the manual has each part item identified by number, and specifically tells you to use that guide when ordering parts.
Apparently, though, someone forgot to tell customer service that. Because the customer service person continued to argue with me that the parts are listed with letters, not numbers.
Once we got the part figured out, I was told the part wouldn't be available until January. So either needed to wait, or return the whole stand to Walmart (and perhaps get a replacement that contains the exact same defect). SO BE ADVISED: you order this from Walmart, you take the risk that it has a defective part, and the manufacturer can't replace it.
Beyond the defects and bad customer service, the item also has some bad design. This is particularly true for the USB Hub. Personally, I don't like the USB hub to begin with because I think its an awkward spot for it.
But any use I might be able to get out of is eliminated by a terrible design choice: the supply of power for the USB is a USB. So to use the USB, you either (1) need to buy and have a usb adapter to plug in; or (2) buy a surge protector with a usb adapter in it.
There's a larger issue with using a USB: it minimizes the output power. With a USB outlet, you typically can't get more than 2.4 amps (and more typically, 2.1 amps). And that 2.4 amps from the power supply is split over two USB outlets, meaning you are only getting about an amp of power with each outlet. With that type of power, don't expect to charge your smartphone, let alone a tablet.
Bottomline, using a USB to power the USB hub was a bad decision, rendering the hub effectively worthless.

Really a 3 in 1 TV stand
Firstly, it arrived on time. It is heavy, around 103 lb. Arrived with no damage thanks to fedex.
Opening the box, found the instruction manual for assembly both in English and Spanish. Really good instructions. Me and wife were able to follow it and assemble it in less than 2 hours.
It comes with all the tools and hardware required for assembly. We did an assembly as floater mount, very much like the picture.
We bought it for a 55" TV and only 2" left on either side of the stand.
Also the space between the TV and the top of the table is less than 6 inch.
Not sure if this stand can really hold TV up to 70" though.
