It came with a broken board
I bought this item in advance of moving and when I opened the package one of the boards was broken. I have purchased many items through Ashley before and I'm hoping they will fix it.

Nice Piece of Furniture
The TV Stand was damaged during delivery by UPS so I had to file a claim to get a replacement. Ashley Furniture was wonderful and had the replacement sent to me within a week. I really like the TV stand. It looks nice and was fairly easy to assemble. I bought it while it was on sale for a good price. I don't know if I would pay the original price.

TV STAND
I HAD REVIEWED THIS ITEM EARLIER BECAUSE IT WAS BROKEN WHEN TAKEN FROM THE BOX AND NOT QUALITY BUT WITH THAT BEING SAID. ASHLEY DISCOUNTED THE TV STAND AND EVEN SENT A NEW ONE TO REPLACE, SO I HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY DID LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND REACT PROMPTLY.
