Great for price and purpose
Until now the TV was on top of the fireplace, the placement hurt our necks and made the whole living room arrangement weird.
So I sprung for this TV stand and it's great!
The build took me about 45 minutes by myself, I'd recommend getting a friend to help because it's really heavy & does involve using your strength to jam some parts together. If your not strong enough, while your assembling (jamming parts) you leave gaps and that causes pieces to misalign so make sure you align the parts correctly and jam the pieces so there's not space in btw.
The end product is pretty and spacious, it has a lot of room, as you can see in the picture, we have two printers, an xbox, cable and textbooks and still have space to store our laptops in it.
Out TV is 47 inches I think and the stand is about 61 across! so it looks even.
It's sturdy once you turn those little silver things on the outer pieces. I got scared while building it cuz it felt shaky but it all ended up sturdy! I used wood glue between all the pieces as extra precaution.
I also wouldn't move it often because it's particle not real wood, and therefor more prone to cracking and breaking under the pressures of moving it, so built it near where you'll place it.
So if you want something that will last forever look else were, but I can see this stand lasting 2-5 years if it's taken care of and not moved often. It's a good buy for students or anyone that wants bang for there buck!
P.S. it scratches easily so build on carpet and do not use a drill! Listen to instructions and use a hammer and a screw driver! Trust me!

Nice Enough
This tv stand is good enough for what I paid, though it underperforms in the details. I used ship-to-home; it arrived with a nominal amount of scratches, and they are not too noticeable. The veneer looks like it wasn't applied evenly- the corners of the shelves will show wear first. I assembled it very carefully on carpet because the veneer chips/ scratches easily. Unless you are quite strong you may need some help with the assembly as it involves pushing together large pieces with force- I ended up damaging the veneer when I unwisely used a hammer to try and push a shelf in- it just splintered the end. Assembly was a little frustrating as I've put together shelves before without as much trouble. The pieces were cut correctly but not precisely- I did not get a tight fit for some of the corners.
It seems pretty sturdy, like it could handle a fair amount of weight. It easily carries my 28" flat screen and video and stereo components. The shelves are NOT adjustable. They measure ~19.25" wide. The tall shelf is 12.5" high and the short shelf 6.5"; obviously the three of each all have the same measurements. There are holes cut in the backs of the 3 tall shelf nooks for cord management. The veneer is quite dark- as close to black as you can go while still being brown (literally espresso color)- and while it doesn't look like wood, I've certainly seen much cheaper/worse looking finishes. The shelf is still emitting a strong particle board/glue/chemical smell after about a week and a half. I believe the manufacturer is Ameriwood.
I bought this shelf because it was the right size for my room, and it was what I was looking for stylistically. I was hoping it would be an amazing deal and that I would be WOW-ed at the price for quality, but it's exactly as you would expect- a reasonably nice enough shelf for the $90 I paid. Frankly, I wish I had spent the extra $40 bucks and got something that was more precisely what I wanted. Still, after assembly the shelf looks pretty nice and it's a vast improvement over what I had before!

Luv it! Easy to assemble!
Excellent product! I had been looking for a simple middle piece to fit inside an espresso colored wall unit. Because the sides are flush it fit right in and looks like it came with my wall unit! I am a woman and was afraid it might be too difficult to put together but I read the instructions (twice) and put it together in about 2 hours! I read some other reviews and someone recommended a mallet. I am glad I read that. I wouldn't have been comfortable hitting the pieces with a regular hammer. A regular hammer works but I felt better using a mallet. Also, I had never dealt with cam locks before and if you haven't either then I would suggest you put a cam lock and cam bolt together BEFORE you start. This will help you understand how it works. The cam locks turned out to be very easy to install. The entire assembly was very easy and the cam locks made the TV stand very sturdy. I have a 55" TV on it and it looks fabulous! I would definitely recommend this product!

Great value
This product says it fits TVs up to 55, but this holds our 60 inch very nicely. And of course we are not exceeding the weight limit. It also fits our receiver, router, three consoles and our games and controllers. It also has room enough for a cable box and still doesn't look too crowded. This is a great value for a TV stand. We are extremely satisfied.
It took me and my boyfriend less than an hour to assemble and you will need a hammer. One piece came with a hairline crack in the finish, but is covered by another piece so we will not be replacing it. If it was noticeable we probably would want it replaced so that would probably be a bit of a hassle. But it is a cheap piece of furniture, and I think we got pretty lucky with the draw. :)
Overall its great! Every time I walk by I cant help but admire it.
I suppose it could be a few inches taller for those who like their TVs up a little higher. But I think it is still a good height.

Sad sad sad
Where should I begin? Product is too complicated to put together. They want you to use cheap plastic screws. The woodchips easily. I got a replacement because they forget to drill two holes in my top board. Their replacement chain and the entire board was broken in half. I tried to contact the company who makes the TV stand they did not answer the phone at all. So I finally just went back to Walmart and get a refund. I I would not suggest for anyone to purchase this product.
