Good for the price
The stand arrived prior to the stated delivery date. It was well packed and easy to put together. One of the reasons we selected this stand was to put in the corner. The back corners are at a 45 degree angle, however, only about six inches is removed from the depth. This does not allow for a tight fit into the corner. That being said, it looks good and will serve its purpose in the family room for our son's use. The one drawback we already have seen is the veneer appears to be very thin, as the veneer of the edge of the flat pieces is already rubbing off and we put it together on a padded and carpeted floor. It rated an "average" for appearance for this reason. A touch-up pen was provided. The stand will work well for our purposes. Due to the short overall height and the width of the center shelves, the shelf height might not meet your needs if you have a receiver and several other consoles. To fit our receiver we were left with only one shelf, limiting the number of consoles we could also fit in the stand.

It went together pretty easily The instructions said you need 2 people to assemble I did it in 1 hour by myself. Looks fantastic.

Great value for the price
Very pleased with this TV stand. My 13 year old granddaughter put it together herself. Attractive and solid. Works perfectly for her 37" TV. Shelves in center section and behind doors are all adjustable. Nice deep black color. Legs have rubber bottoms. Came with a package of spare parts, but they were not needed. Very well packed and undamaged.

Worth Every Penny
This t.v. stand is worth every penny. Does not sit flush against the corner so has some negative space behind it but works for our room. Lots of storage. Took two people an hour to assemble. Instructions easy to understand and straight forward. Do not be afraid to buy!
