I ordered this fireplace, and it arrived in 4 days, but the glass was broken into tiny pieces. I called Walmart, and directed me to Best Choices Company . The representative was so very helpful, and took care of my issues. Best Choice sent me a replacement of this item, and arrived fast without any problem. I installed this in my bedroom. The installation was easy; however, I found the first step of getting the glass front off the heater unit was difficult. I'm not the good in installing any thing heavy. I finally got the glass cover off, to put the stones inside, and I accidentally dropped the glass, and broke it. I was devastated, because I worked so hard to put it up on the wall, and it looks so nice on the wall. Now I can't use it without the glass. I called Best Choice again, and spoke to a gentleman, named Aaron, very attentive and courteous. This company is amazing. They are going to send me a glass replacement without any additional charges! I don't know if this heater is going to work yet, but the fact that Best Choice company have excellent customer service, is enough for me to say, I'm so happy with my purchase. I will buy items again with this company. Walmart, you did good in participating with Best Choice Product. Thank you.

IT CAME TO ME IN ABOUT 1,000 PEACES ... TRIED TO REACH WHERE IT CAME , NO LUCK... SO MY WIFE TOOK TO OUR WALMART STORE BECAUSE I'M A DISABLED VET. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND TOOK IT AND GAVE US A REFUND.

Pleasantly surprised
I first purchased a 24in wall mount fireplace made by Walmart that ended up being too small, so I returned It with no problems. I was hesitant to order this one because it can't be returned to Walmart if your not happy with it, but I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it came,how quiet it runs, and how realistic the flames look, and the price was good too. I would definitely recommend, just hope it functions well for a long time.!!
