Sauder Studio Edge Veer TV Stand with Mount ~
I think this TV stand is beautiful! I took a chance and ordered even though it states it only holds a 50" TV. I managed to search around and found that someone else was able to mount a 55" TV so I kept my fingers crossed. It stated not over 95 pounds and I knew it was not even near that weight. It very nicely holds my Samsung 55" TV. This was the only style I liked. The black glass is a great feature as well. I am a 62 year old woman and put it together myself. It took me HOURS, so many pieces, but I took my time and followed the directions. It would have helped if the bars and back panel had front/back on them and the glass was listed top-middle-bottom. One more thing, the back spacers for the brackets being mounted to the TV were a little too long for the longest screws sent in the package so I had to cut the spacers down. It came very well packaged, nothing broken at all. It was very nicely left at my front door for me. I believe Fed-Ex made the delivery. Thank you!

worth the work
I bought this stand for my 50" 40lb element tv and it's perfect! The mount is adjustable so you can make it as tall or short as you want and I love how the mount can actually swivel to the side or tilt up and down for the best picture angle. The only thing I didn't like was the directions. Whoever wrote them was not a very organized person. Step 3 would tell you to screw a into b..but then step 6 would say "do not fully tighten screws from a and b until you insert c". The whole time I was thinking "well this would have been nice to know 3 steps ago". If you read the whole assembly instructions first you should have no problem, but it is 14 pages long and I didn't want to spend that much time. My roommate and I were able to figure it out and we've never used our tool set before. Not that we needed to because all of the tools you need come with the stand, but my point is were not very handy gals at building things and we did just fine. I definitely recommend this stand to anyone who likes the style and wants a mount without having to attach to a wall. The color is great and the glass is heavy duty. You might want to watch out if you have small children or crazy pets though, the corners of the top two shelves protrude from the front.
