Stunning!
This is hands down the most beautiful stand i've ever owned! Goes really well with the other pieces of white furniture in my living room. the initial frame was really easy to put together but the doors were a little more difficult . The hinges were a headache and took me the longest to complete. Don't be alarmed if it seems a little wobbly BEFORE you screw on the back. Once you do that, it's solid! I had my 42' TV one it for a few weeks before I mounted it. It didn't wobble at all. A little bit of a warning. If you are putting this on wood floors, the rubber pieces on the corners on the base makes it VERY slippery. This can be good or bad. Good that it's easy to reposition, but I don't know how good of an idea that's gonna be around small children. I would either put this on carpet or somehow remove those. Also like someone else says, there is a risk of damage in shipping. There was some scuffing on mine, but it was on the inside of the door so I didn't mind because it wasn't visible. Overall, I am thrilled with this stand!

Beautiful!
I highly recommend this product! The quality is great.
I built almost everything in my house and the instructions were great and the quality even better. Silly but alot of the furniture I've put together have the back board that you have to nail on but this one had screws. Not a big deal to most but I felt like it was much more secure.
Well I hope this helps you make up your mind.!

Risk of getting product with damage before opening
I bought this product a while back and at first I was quite pleased with it but as I was taking parts out to assemble I noticed that the base was significantly cracked and the top shelf had surface damage. So I put in a request for replacement parts to altra (company) who is owned by Ameriwood and I finally after a week or two got an email confirmation stating they received my order and have shipped it out (12/22/2014) they said to allow 7-14 business days for the replacements to arrive and now I understand that christmas was that same week but it is now 01/14/2014 and I have still not seen my replacement parts. In doing research on the internet I found a website full of customer complaints specifically regarding orders/product from Ameriwood and not a single one is a good review (website link http://ameriwood.pissedconsumer.com/) as I said I love the product but not the company and the way they run their business. I would caution anyone who considers buying altra that they are getting a product that will most likely have damage before opening and having issues with getting replacement parts.

Quality base and top
was thrilled when time came to assemble. (very sturdy) top and base make for quality price and appearance; was pleasantly surprised by the quality appearance for the price. Easy to assemble, but the four doors require a little maneuvering to get them correctly connected to the cabinet (quite frustrating, actually) but eventually figured it out.
