Perfect
I did a lot of research trying to find the right one but kept coming back to this one, the instructions weren't the best but with time I finally got it together, if you are not the best with putting things together I would definitely find someone who can help but overall I love it and it is everything I was looking for and more and for the price you just can't beat it! If you plan on buying one I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Mostly happy.....but what a journey
Assembly requirements the instructions left off:
1. The patience of 3 nuns
2. At least 2 years of architectural engineering classes
3. An assortment of stubby screwdrivers, that would make Bob Vila blush
4. Bandages due to using those stubby screwdrivers
Piece, parts and screws galore. My wife began to unpack-age and started it while I was still at work. Upon arrival our dining room was covered in planks and boards. We joined forces and by the power of Greyskull and 3 hours later we had ourselves a fireplace. All 108ish screw hole are so close to the edge, no power tools could be used. Ours had a few nicks and one minor cracked place in the wood but it could not be seen once fully assembled and touched up with the included touch up stain/paint. We are mostly happy with it. Since they did not include the assembled dimensions, it is 34" tall, 46" wide and 15" thick. It is a little smaller than we'd hoped but we took a chance. The fireplace is pretty realistic looking, the 2 heat settings are nice and the remote works great. The cabinet depth is not enough for WiiU, so I had to cut holes out of the back. The side door hinges are low quality, one door fell off within the first 3 days but it went back on hasn't fell off again. At $339 it's an "ok" buy, if we'd gave the list price of $699 for it I would have stabbed it with my stubby philips head screwdriver.

Surprised!
I was really surprised when this got put together. It was easy to put together following this direction, when done it was beautiful. It is will made and the box for shipping was very damaged but everything was fine. I thought this fireplace/ t.v. stand might be cheap looking for the price but it is not. It is well worth the money, and it arrived on time. We will enjoy this for a long time.
