Great!
Shipping was fast, finished fireplace tv stand is wonderful. I love the size and it's perfect for my tv. Good sturdy product, better than I expected. Directions are not the best I've seen, but if you have some knowledge of tools and putting together any item you will be ok. Also, take your time and think through each step.

Keep the chill out this winter!!
Nice piece of furniture. Solid construction and not too difficult to put together, maybe 2-3 hrs total. Nice, rich wood color. Fireplace warms our 20x15 family room nicely. Good quality and great price.

just the right height
great,real solid wood,plus comes with a remote and the heat is great! takes about an hour to assemble ,well worth it!!

It was difficult to put together. A couple of screws striped the knob to door wouldn't stay on. The other door fell off hinge the first time I opened door. The remote didn't work. They put warning sticker on top of wood had a hard time getting off. It is pretty and puts out heat.

No Assembly Instructions, No Remote
It came with no assembly instructions and no remote control. Walmart customer service tried to help by giving me a couple of phone numbers to call (I do not fault Walmart Customer Service - they tried to help). But after several calls these numbers turned out to be unhelpful. I cannot get or find assembly instructions or any documents that should have came with the fireplace. I was even willing to forgo the remote control but I need assembly instructions. My living room has been in disarray for a week now as I have awaited resolution. I am giving up and returning the item. There are many, many pieces and bags of hardware....it is a big and complicated puzzle. The item is also no longer in stock so I am back to stage one.
NOTE: At one phone number I called that I was given by Walmart, the lady "Emily" whom answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone...EVER! I was tempted to call back and say something mean but I cooled off instead. Although Emily is not a Walmart employee, I have to say that her behavior reflects very badly upon Walmart.
